Union Point Park sets a new standard for public open space on Oakland's waterfront. A collaborative effort of PGA and Grupo de Diseno Urbano, the design transformed a nine-acre industrial brownfield site into a major civic asset providing bayfront access, panoramic views, picnic & recreational facilities, public art and a performance space.
